Golden Cup Machinery recently welcomed a delegation of overseas customers to its manufacturing facility in Ruian, Wenzhou. The visiting team spent a full day touring the production workshops, inspecting quality control procedures, and witnessing live demonstrations of several paper cup and paper bowl machines.
This visit marks another step in our effort to build long‑term partnerships based on transparency, technical knowledge, and mutual trust.
Live Machine Testing and Technical Discussions
Customers Witnessed XSL‑16S and XSL‑350T in Operation
During the visit, the customers requested live trials of two popular models: the XSL‑16S Full Servo Paper Cup Machine and the XSL‑350T High‑Speed Cam‑Driven Paper Cup Machine. Both machines produced cups of different sizes (8 oz and 12 oz) using the customer’s own paper samples. The results met all quality expectations – smooth rim curling, tight bottom sealing, and stable output speed.
The visiting engineers also discussed parameter adjustments for PLA‑coated paper, as their local market is moving toward compostable materials. Our technical team provided on‑site guidance on heating temperature profiles and servo motion settings.
Factory Tour: From Precision Machining to Assembly
The customers walked through our CNC machining center, component pre‑assembly area, and final assembly line. They observed how core parts are machined to ±0.01 mm tolerances and how each machine undergoes 72‑hour continuous load testing before shipping. This level of process control gave them confidence in our ability to deliver consistent quality.
Strengthening Global Partnerships
A Growing Base of Repeat Customers
This was the second visit from the same customer group. They first purchased a sample machine one year ago, and after positive production feedback, they returned to evaluate a full‑line solution including a paper cup machine, sleeve applicator, and automatic packaging line. Following the successful factory visit, the parties signed a new order for three machines.
